Hi, we’re Rachel and James! We have a three year old dog called Murphy who just loves making new friends. Our house and garden are both very dog friendly and we also live opposite a park with is ideal for walks during the day. We walk Murphy twice a day so can take your dog along too!

My six year old Labrador had a wonderful time with Rachel, James and of course, their doggy Murphy! The updates throughout the day were great and she settled straight in and made herself at home. I felt very comfortable leaving her to be looked after. I will definitely be booking in again. 🙂
Rachel and James were fantastic! They did a great job of looking after our 6 month old whippet Casper. Took all his needs into consideration and he clearly had a lovely time with them and their dog Murphy. Could not recommend more!

Schedule
I work from home and can take breaks throughout the day to let your pooch out for bathroom breaks. On nice days, we usually just leave the back door open anyway for our dog, so they will be free to roam. Murphy is a great mix of playful and restful during the day, so your dog will have a great time with him!

We have a fully fenced back garden and the dog would have free roam of the house during the day. Overnight, they would sleep downstairs (either on the sofa in the living room with Murphy, in the kitchen or in a crate, your preference.)

A typical day
Murphy gets two walks every day and if your dog is here at the same time then we can of course take him along too. Morning walks are usually 30mins during the week and an hour at the weekends. Evening walks are longer during the week and shorter at the weekends. Murphy is a playful two year old Labrador cross, so if your dog enjoys a play then he’ll be the perfect companion.

- As we have a dog at home, ask for a meet and greet walk before the first visit to make sure both dogs get on well. We also prefer at least one day visit before any overnight stays. If you have any concerns before booking, please drop me a message!
