Auntie Rachel’s pup care 🐶 💗
My mom has been in the vet industry since I was a child so I grew up with a deep love for all animals and I am intuitive to their little hearts. I would care for your animal as if it were my own spoiled pup. I’m pretty active if they want walks or simply a cuddle with a blanket and treats. Animals love my kind, gentle and warm energy. I also have been a client of Rover for 5 years and have had good and not so great dog sitters. I have very high expectations so expect your pups to be treated like royalty. Also, I only watch animals from the same family at a time for individual attention and safety. Pups love our large yard with flowers, blue berry trees, veggie garden and tons of room to run and explore! We have a beautiful view for sitting on the deck and sun bathing pups. All animals that have visited our oasis have felt a sense of peace and relaxation which we all need in this hectic world.

We’re so grateful to have Rachel—this is her third time watching our two pups, and every time they are so well cared for and completely spoiled in the best way. She always makes sure they get plenty of treats, walks, and quality hangout time (they love their time with “Aunt Rachel”!). Not to mention, Rachel provides daily check ins with pictures or videos multiple times a day we never miss out on their adventures with Aunt Rachel. We feel totally at ease leaving them with her, and at this point she truly feels like part of our dog family. Highly recommend!
Rachel was great with my Shiba, Luna! Luna has about a million quirks and can be a little shy, but Rachel closely followed our instructions, kept Luna safe and happy, and even befriended her. She was highly communicative and gave a ton of updates and photos which gave me great peace of mind. Thank you so much, Rachel! ♥️
Coguie will miss her favorite sitter auntie Rachel and Chris. As always, this last stay of Coguie with Rachel before our move was a pleasant one and full of care and love to our princess. If you need to be away from your fur baby for a couple of days, I highly recommend Rachel as a pet sitter. You will be at peace knowing your fur baby will be well taken care of and spoiled.
This is our second time having Rachel watch our dogs, and once again she was absolutely amazing. We received daily communication along with lots of pictures and updates of our two pups, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She truly goes above and beyond — this time she even brought renter-friendly doggy stairs for our mini dachshund, which meant so much to us. It’s clear she doesn’t just “watch” dogs — she genuinely cares for and loves on them like they’re her own. Rachel has the most energetic, warm, and loving presence, and you can truly feel that our dogs are happy, safe, and adored in her care. We are so grateful to have found her and will absolutely continue booking with her! :)

Schedule
I work at home (tech) with a large roomy house and a very large yard for my pups. I don’t have any children so animals become my “babies” for walks. Belly rubs and cuddles.I prefer pets at my place since I care for my two dogs full time, unless you live close by and I can easily go back and forth throughout the day.

Safety, trust & environment
Animals are always safe with me and I ask many questions to ensure I understand the nature and temperament before we leave the house. Some owners are ok with dogs “saying hi” to other dogs on walks and others ask for no interaction. I will do whatever is needed to keep them safe and check in as frequently as you would like with pictures.

A typical day
This is up to the pup. If they want to go for a long walk, let’s jump in the car and go. If they are elderly or quiet, we can relax with some special toys or cuddle.
