I would LOVE to care for your pets and make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away! ☺️ I welcome cats and other small pets for overnight stays in my home, offer doggy day care, and am available for dog walks and drop-in visits. I’m also open to caring for a wider variety of animals during drop-ins, including bunnies, fish, chickens, goats, horses, and other animals with straightforward care needs. My husband and I live on 20 acres of land with our sweet dog Miso, our loving cat Yoshi, and our ten chickens. I’m currently on a corporate work break, so I have lots of flexibility throughout the day to give your pet plenty of attention, and my husband also works from home. I have had a heart for animals my entire life and have cared for all kinds of pets, including cats, dogs, fish, ducks, and chickens. I truly enjoy getting to know each animal’s unique personality and making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable. I have experience caring for friends’ and neighbors’ pets, as well as watching over homes, and I always treat every pet and property with the same respect and care I would want for my own. I’m reliable, attentive, and a great communicator, and I love sending photo updates so you can feel connected and reassured while you’re away. Whether your pet loves playtime, walks, cuddles, exploring, or simply having a calm place to relax, I’m happy to follow their routine and meet their individual needs. For pets staying with me, I offer a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment where they can feel cared for like part of the family. I’d be so happy to help give your pet a loving, safe, and stress-free experience!

Rachel took great care of our two cats while we were away for Thanksgiving. Her availability during the holidays was extremely appreciated. She did a great job of providing updates and sending pictures. The cats loved her, and we'd be happy to have her watch them again.

Schedule
I am currently taking a corporate career break so my schedule is flexible to spend all day engaging with pet(s)! For boarding and doggy day care my husband will also be able to engage with your pet(s) all day as he works from home.

I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine, including feeding instructions, potty breaks, playtime, quiet time, or any special rules that help them feel secure. I treat every pet like family and make safety, comfort, and communication my top priorities.

A typical day
A typical day in my home is based around your pet’s normal routine and personality. I’m happy to follow whatever they are used to, whether that means playtime, walks, potty breaks, feeding schedules, cuddle time, brushing, or simply relaxing in a calm and cozy space. My goal is to make their stay feel as familiar and stress-free as possible. If your pet is playful, I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention and fun. If they are more laid-back or shy, I’ll give them a peaceful environment and let them warm up at their own pace. I want every pet to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re with me.
