Basically, anything you think I should know to make your fur baby’s day as happy and comfortable as possible!
A typical day
I follow your pet’s usual routine, feeding and taking them out at the times they’re used to. We’ll start the day with a nice walk, enjoy some playtime, and then I’ll head home until it’s time for their next meal or bathroom break. I’m happy to adjust my schedule to fit your pet’s specific needs!For dogs, I love walks, fetch, tug, and plenty of attention and belly rubs. For kitties, I enjoy playing cat-and-mouse with strings and toys, giving scratches, and showering them with love and affection. I tailor activities to each pet’s personality and energy level so everyone has a happy, fun day!

Pet care experience
Hi my name is Rachel! I am currently the Dining Room Manager for Ardenwoods Retirement community. I work Tuesday-Saturday 12:00pm-8:30pm and am joining Rover in the hopes of dog sitting/walking for people on the weekends. I myself have an F2 Labradoodle named Lincoln, Velocilincoln, sorry for the Jurassic park reference. I have worked with and around dogs since I was 10 years old. I was the only kid in the neighborhood who was home during the week because I was a homeschooler so naturally I figured out this put me in a prime position to be a dog walker. I made flyers, put them in people’s mailbox and eventually became a the neighborhood dog walker. There was Wolfie the Schnauzer, Jeep and Sierra the Vizslas, Ginger the Golden retriever, Cinnamon a gorgeous mixed breed, and Terra a giant German Shepherd. I walked and cared for the pups everyday until I started high school. Big, Small, Bold, Reserved, I love em all and will care for them like my own!

Rachel was great! She was warm and responsive and sent lots of updates. She even went beyond and troubleshooted our robot litter box when it wasn’t working properly. I would definitely rebook her.
