Pet care experience

My name is Rachel I am 28 years old and am currently working part time as a Medical Lab scientist. I love to walk or care for any kind of dog. I used to volunteer at house of a heart which is an organization that helps out dogs that are sick or old and need attention. Kind of like hospice for dogs. I had been doing rover from year 2021-2023 and have decided to get back into it. I miss the job. I have experience with all ages of dogs. Giving them medicine and taking care of any needs that come my way. I am a dog lover and have my own malamute mix named Kenobi. He’s about 12 years old.

Rachel was just wonderful, she took this job so willingly (it was last minute) and was fantastic with my two Chihuahuas and my shepherd mix. She loves the pets she watches and treats them like her own. Communication was outstanding. Not only did she take a lot of time during the meet and greet, taking detailed instructions and getting acquainted with the pups (I was away at the time and so I walked her through the house by phone) but throughout the house sit she kept us updated in how the puppies were doing with cute stories and pictures. Rachel is extremely responsible and conscientious and just a delightful sitter!!! Thank you Rachel, I know the dogs adored you and so do we!!!!!

Rachel has twice done a wonderful job taking loving care of our pups while we’re away. She’s professional, responsible, and a great communicator. I’m sure we will ask Rachel for help again in the future.
