With 30+ years of hands-on animal care experience, caring for animals isn’t just a hobby for me — it’s a lifelong passion. I grew up around my grandparents’ AKC dog kennel & have cared for everything from dogs & cats to reptiles, exotic birds, & unique critters. I studied Veterinary Assisting at Massanutten Technical Center & dual-enrolled in Veterinary Technology at Blue Ridge Community College, where I completed internships in both small animal clinics & large animal (farm) settings. I’m comfortable with pets of all ages, including puppies, seniors, & animals needing extra patience or specialized care. Whether your pet has fur, feathers, scales, or something a little more unusual, I provide a safe, loving, & stress-free environment where they’ll be treated like family.

With over 30 years of animal care experience, including growing up around an AKC dog kennel & completing Veterinary Assisting training, I have experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages—from playful puppies & kittens to senior pets who need extra patience, comfort, & attention. I’m comfortable providing care for pets with different personalities, including shy, anxious, or special-needs animals. I understand the importance of maintaining routines, recognizing changes in behavior, & providing a calm environment where pets feel safe. Whether caring for your pet in my home or yours, I treat every animal with the same compassion and respect I would want for my own. Pet care has always been a big part of my life, & I’m fortunate to have the flexibility to make your pets a priority. With over 30 years of animal care experience, including growing up around an AKC dog kennel & veterinary assisting training, I understand that pets are family & deserve personalized attention. My routine allows me to provide consistent care, including walks, playtime, feeding schedules, medication needs, & plenty of love & companionship. I take pride in creating a safe, calm, & comfortable environment where pets feel cared for while their owners have peace of mind.
