I’m currently available everyday for dog walking. I can also watch your pet(s) while you are away in your home. I can do drop-ins to your home or stay in your home with your pet. This could be short weekend trips or longer vacation/business trips you may have.

Please let me know exactly what your dog or cat prefers and I will gladly provide. I love the more shy/bashful babies and building a relationship with them. I will also love to spend time the goofy, friendly, active dogs and cats as well. I love all ages and sizes of dogs and cats!

I’ve worked at an animal shelter for 9 years taking care of (& adopting out) dogs. This includes handling various sizes & temperaments (dog-reactive, fearful, kid-reactive, hyperactive) using fear-free techniques, cleaning and caring for all types of dogs (all ages, special diets, special harnesses), medicating (oral and injections), and emphasizing the overall welfare of many dogs. I enjoy working with the shy/misunderstood dogs and building the trust with them. I look forward to meeting and caring for your dog(s)!

Rachel is trustworthy, reliable, communicative, and overall amazing! She is patient with our nervous dog, giving him the space and time he needs to want to be friends. And she is understanding and loving towards our demanding, sometimes chaotic, old-man cat who receives regular meds every couple of days. She even cleaned his ears when he got an ear infection right before we left for a trip. She is great at sending photos and checking in regularly, and I know I never have to worry when she is taking care of them. Rachel is one of the very few people that I trust my pets with!
Rachel has been taking care of my 3 cats for the last 6+ years. I feel very at ease while we are out of town when they're under Rachel's care. She sends pictures and videos, which makes it easier to cope with missing them while we're away. She also has numerous years of experience working with various types of cats and dogs at a rescue where I volunteer. The shy dogs and cats pick up on her calm and kind demeanor. This is definitely Rachel's super power. I would highly recommend Rachel as a pet caregiver for your fur babies. They will be in great hands with Rachel!
