Between myself and Jack there is always someone at home as we both have flexible working arrangements. We take Gus out for two walks a day and have a garden too, so having another dog would slot in well to our routine.

We have a fenced garden which is perfect for outside playing - it is secure with part patio, part grass. Indoors we have a stair gate to block off the upstairs but are happy for the dogs to be anywhere in the house with us - wherever they are comfortable!

Anything you feel is important would be helpful to know ahead of time, but we are relaxed as long as we have the information we need when we have them to stay.
A typical day
We can be as playful or as calm as needed - we understand that different dogs like different styles of care so will be responsive to their needs. We have lots of toys already and live only a short walk from Ham Lands common so have plenty of space for exercise and play.

We have a 1.5 year old dog who would love some doggy company, he is a well trained and very friendly cocker spaniel called Gus
