Rachel takes such good care of my cat and my apartment! It is so nice coming home to a clean place and happy cat. I could absolutely recommend Rachel in a heart beat!

Rachel has come to stay and care for our dog three times, and each time we are confident and happy to have her there. She sends frequent photos and videos along with updates to let us know how she and Tillamook are enjoying themselves. She communicates with us promptly when we have anything that comes up while we are on the road. We can tell Tillamook loves her by the exuberant greeting she gets when he sees her come through the door. Moreover, when we come home our place is spotless! It's great to be able to go on extended travel without having to worry about things at home, thanks to Rachel.

Rachel is excellent. She takes wonderful care of the animals and leaves my house so organized and clean. I’ve called on Rachel three times now and it’s worked out beautifully.

Would not book again. I asked Rachel to look after my cat and my house for 3 nights 4 days. On the second day, I could not get a hold of Rachel at all and could not see her in my house (my house has google cameras inside and out, and she was made aware of all camera locations). For almost 3 hours there was no sight of Rachel causing me to believe something had happened to her. Finally after 3 hours she contacted me back. She then requested if she could have a female friend over during the day to keep her company. I said sure, not a problem. Apparently her friend never came. On the third day, I noticed a man walking around in my house at 11PM. Rachel never asked if she could have anyone over or told me that someone was coming over. Totally unacceptable to have a man walking around in my house that I've never met and didn't approve. I told her to tell him to leave. She said he is leaving immediately. He didn't leave for almost 20 mins until their food delivery arrived. AND when he was leaving, she allowed my cat to escape at 2AM. Luckily he came back on his own. Very disappointed with this service and lack of communication. Would not recommend.

Rachel has done a fabulous job with my apartment cleaning and organizing just as I had hoped. She took even better care with my cat who had several very challenging health conditions not only monitoring and providing medical attention but also giving him loving care and attention. I’m looking forward to having Rachel back again soon.

Rachel looked after our snowy while were away and she was amazing as usual! For two weeks, she took fantastic care of him, sending us all these cute updates and videos that made being apart from Snowy much easier :) Definitely recommend her if you need someone to watch your pet with lots of love and attention!
