Hi *waves*! My name is Rachel and I look forward to being your dog’s new bestie! I am a former middle school English teacher 👩🏻🏫 and have a special place in my heart for our fur kiddos. I currently am in grad school full time— with a very flexible schedule and am willing to work around what your pups needs are. As a former teacher I have experience with problem solving, patience, connecting with others and developing rapport with children- which extends to fur-kiddo(s)! I also have experience in taking care of special needs pets because I, myself had a very very special pup named Louie (age 17); I know the demands that may come with one and I will proudly treat your fur pets the same as I do mine. I will make a promise to you that no matter what, I will treat your fur kid(s) with the same love, care and attention as I do my own. I will love them as they are my own.

I have 2 chihuahuas: Manny (12), and Dolly Pea Parton (1.5 years), and Calvin Klein (5) a dachshund-lab mix. My “kids” are my world and very well loved and spoilt! I spend most of my time, when I am not working; taking them on walks, playing with my puppy, whilst making sure my “grouchy- old man” is happy as well. 🐶 I previously had a senior dog, Louie, who has crossed the rainbow bridge; he was blind & deaf, therefore I have experience with dogs that need a little extra attention & love.💜

Rachel did a great job caring after my cats. She sent detailed updates and took excellent care of them.
Rachel was super attentive and made me feel relaxed while I was traveling. She asked questions, sent me pictures and updated me each time she came by to check on my cat. She did everything I needed to not worry about my cat while away. Will definitely ask her to help out the next time I travel.
Rachel was real sweet and relaxed with all household animals. Her and her partner were great for my dog while we were away from home (he runs anxious when left alone and this was his first time without his sister.) Rachel was easy to meet & greet with and fantastic at communicating everything during her sittings!
Rachel has been very accommodating with changes in my schedule and my girls liver her!
Rachel was responsive to messages and checked in on everyone every day!

Schedule
I am an 8th grade English teacher, but I can thankfully say that it is now summer and my availability is wide open. My schedule is very open and I am flexible and can work with you.
