I am animal obsessed and have had dogs (and cats) my whole life, at one point we had more dogs than people in our house growing up, so I have gained a wealth of experience! I grew up on a farm in the outskirts of Glasgow and have a deep appreciation for animals and know that they are a part of the family. You can be rest assured I will look after your pets like they are my own! I currently have 1 male, very playful and friendly (unneutered) Irish red setter and two ragdoll cats (it will be easy enough for me to separate the cats and even dogs into another part of the house if necessary).

12/10, Rachel was a fantastic sitter. She had great communication throughout my pups stay, and I received regular updates. My pup was clearly loved and having a wonderful time! Would book again in a heartbeat!
Ricky definitely didn’t want to leave Rachel and his new best pal Rod. In fact, he already asked when I’m away again so he can stay at hers 🐾 Thank you Rachel & Rod for having my boy!

Harris had a wonderful time as always with Rachel. It’s so reassuring knowing that Rachel looks after our dog as if he was her own. We can go away knowing he’s in the best care!
We were delighted with Basil's experience at Rachel's. Rachel understood Basil's needs and sensitively introduced him to her own dog, whilst allowing him space if he preferred to be on his own. He had several walks during the day as well as time in the garden. Rachel updated us throughout the day with texts and great photos. We were very happy with Rachel's care of Basil and were able to enjoy our day without any worry. We have no hesitation in recommending Rachel as a super dog sitter!
Rachel was brilliant as always with looking after our dog Harris. He had a great time with her and it was lovely seeing the photos of what he and Rodney had been up to. It’s lovely knowing we can relax as we know Harris is being so well looked after by Rachel

I currently work from home every day except Wednesdays, so your dog will have plenty of company and attention throughout the day. They won’t be left alone for long periods, and I also have ample space in my home where they can enjoy some quiet time if they prefer to relax on their own. I live right next to the golf course and beautiful Loch Leven, which means your dog will benefit from scenic and enriching walks in a peaceful, natural setting for our lunchtime strolls. Whether you’re looking for daytime care or overnight stays, I’m happy to provide a safe, comfortable, and loving environment for your pup.

I have a secure, enclosed garden that’s perfect for regular toilet breaks and safe outdoor time. I’m able to take dogs on a good hour-long walk either before I start work or during my lunch break, giving them plenty of exercise and stimulation. Your dog will be guaranteed lots of love and attention—whether that’s cuddles (if they’re into that), playtime with my friendly pup, or space to roam and relax. As a huge animal lover, nothing makes me happier than seeing pets content and well cared for. You can trust that your dog will receive the highest level of care in a warm, welcoming environment.

A typical day begins with a long morning walk before I start work, with a variety of scenic routes to choose from right on my doorstep. I’m lucky to live near beautiful open spaces, including the golf course and Loch Leven—and I’m sure my dog, Rodney, is just as grateful for them as I am! I’m highly experienced with dogs of all types and temperaments, and I’m confident handling both on- and off-lead walks. Our walks are more than just exercise—they’re fun and stimulating, often including a good play session with Rodney’s favourite toy: his ball! After breakfast, it’s time for a well-earned nap before our lunchtime adventure, which usually lasts around an hour. There’s also plenty of playtime in the garden, and during the summer months, we often head out again for a relaxing evening stroll.
