Hi! My name is Rachel and I am a current veterinary student at Colorado State University and soon to be vet! I currently live in Castle Rock, CO and most of my time is spent working at a local animal hospital and taking classes, but when I am free... I love going on runs, going on hikes, playing tennis, and hanging out with friends! I have a lot of experience with animals and am comfortable walking both large and small dogs! I am excited to be on the Rover team and look forward to meeting you and your pet!

I live in a house with a fenced backyard and have a medium sized, female spayed dog. The area I live in has a lot of beautiful and safe trails nearby. I take my dog on a long morning walk and an evening walk daily. During the day she plays outside in the backyard or inside with a plethora of toys!

Great sitter!
Rachel is clearly super experienced with pets and was very patient with my dog who is a recent rescue and has a lot of anxiety. Her experience as a vet tech and aspiring vet clearly show. Very responsive and went the extra mile to do an impromptu meet and greet and stayed with my dog until he was comfortable to go with her. 10/10 recommend! Will definitely be booking care with her again.
Rachel is amazing with dogs and cats! She has a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s in the Animal Science field and is now a veterinary student on her way to becoming a doctor! She is kind, reliable, responsible, and easy to work with! I would trust Rachel with my own pets and your fur babies would be in the best hands with Rachel as your sitter or walker. She has 3 years of experience working as a veterinary technician, as well as sitting and dog walking! Your pups and kitties will love her!
Rachel walked my dog Oscar for me and did a great job! She gave him a good walk, and handled him very well. Even sent me some cute photos! I trust her with my pup, and will 100% be using her services again
Rachel is a very responsible and knowledgeable caregiver. Her previous experience as a vet tech allows her to be an exceptional dog sitter. I feel very comfortable when I leave my dogs with her and I feel as though they are in the best hands while I am away. Rachel is very kind and caring which reflects in how she treats the dogs she is watching. I highly recommend Rachel :)
