Rachel was absolutely incredible. I was gone for an extended period of time out of the country, and with every day I felt more and more at peace that my babies were taken care of. She provided detailed updates, many cute photos, and communication with her was a breeze. She went above and beyond. I would recommend her to anyone and would definitely consider to book again in the future. Thank you for everything Rachel, I can’t even begin to fully express how grateful we are for you!

I booked Rachel for a two day home check in for my 13 year old cat while I was out of the county. I’m disappointed in my experience with her considering her reviews were all positive and I trusted her with my cat who is very precious to me and apart of my family. She did not come the first day due to a miscommunication. I was in a different time zone and could not contact her at the time of her scheduled arrival once I did she was already unavailable for the entire day and she was not accommodating to checking in on my pet at all. A little frustrating but I can understand how both parties should have done better. On the second day I proved a very detailed description of how to access the building, my unit & left videos of everything she would need (cleaning supplies, food, treats, trash, litter box etc.) It was very difficult trying to explain to Rachel how to unlock a door….which was ridiculous & when I asked her to call me so I could help she did not but eventually I believe she learned how to use a lock. My cat had access to automatic feeders, gravity feeders, and a water fountain (I also left his cat bowls in my bedroom & living room). I asked her to refill the water fountain & she did not. I asked her to feed my cat wet food and she put his food in my dogs slow feeder when I left out his TWO cat bowls. A slow feeder has ridges & is meant for dogs to slow down their eating not for cats who are 13 years old & need wet food in their diet. I asked her to do the litter box which she did but there was so much litter left all over my floors & my cat urinated on my bathroom floor. Rachel completely ignored it and did not clean it up. Now this is an unexpected occurrence but she did not inform me of this nor did she clean anything. Any logical thinking person would see a mess clean it up with the provided materials and inform the pet owner, but cannot assume Rachel is very thoughtful. I am very displeased with this service and unprofessional behavior from Rachel. I would not recommend her, she will do the bare minimum and even then get it done incorrectly.

Rachel was great! Good communication as this was my first time using the app. She sent pictures of Emma and gave an update, and from the pictures she had sent, Emma really enjoyed her time with Rachel!

I would highly recommend Rachel! I felt very at easy allowing her in my home and taking care of my pets. She was very kind and loving to my two cats while I was away on vacation. She communicated well when there was a need and left my home just the way I left it!

Rachel was amazing! Our dog Lexi took to her very well and we felt completely comfortable with the level of care. Rachel was dependable and sent great updates from every visit. We will certainly be requesting her again in the future!!
