Rachel is fantastic! She watched my dog while I was out of town and did a great job. When I got back, Jinx immediately ran to greet me, but then made his way back to her and nudged her hand so she could pet him. Just seeing that made my day, and I knew he was in great hands while I was away. She’s reliable, friendly, easygoing, and clearly loves animals. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love Rachel and couldn’t imagine leaving our pets with anyone else! She’s been amazing with our two senior dogs—Girl, our 13-year-old Yellow Lab with limited mobility, and Gemma, our 11-year-old Bichon Frise who randomly bursts into wild zoomies that always make us laugh. Girl moves a little slower these days, but she’s still happy and playful, and Rachel is so gentle and patient with her. She helps Girl get around safely, gives her all the love and attention she needs, and also handles her daily medication with total care. Knowing Rachel can manage that gives us real peace of mind. Gemma is full of personality and energy when she wants to be, and Rachel totally gets her quirks and keeps her happy and engaged. She also takes great care of our two cats—Taks, a chatty 2-year-old Maine Coon who we sometimes call “Sir Talks-A-Lot” for a reason, and Brandy, our 1-year-old Ragdoll who loves to play fetch, get belly rubs, and flop all over you. They don’t need quite as much hands-on care as the dogs, but they’re both super social and picky about who they like. Luckily, they bonded with Rachel right away. We get great updates, fun photos, and it’s clear she really pays attention to their personalities. She treats all four of them like they’re her own, which means everything to us. Whether it’s helping Girl get up comfortably, chasing Brandy’s favorite toy, or chatting with Taks while he follows her around, Rachel goes above and beyond. Rachel is reliable, kind, and truly treats our pets like family. We feel so lucky to have found her!
