Rachel was great! My cats and bunny were so well taken care of while I was away. I felt so much more at ease knowing she would be checking in on them. Thank you Rachel!!

Rachel was excellent, and my doggies can’t wait to see her again! She was consistent with her visits, and attentive. I will be booking Rachel again. No doubt.

Very reliable

I really have to leave Rachael R a negative review. I do not do this lightly. I cannot even give her one star., but I had to. I met with Rachael and spoke with her before booking her. I booked her for a 30 minute drop in visit for three days. She said she would water my flowers at no extra charge. She did not take into consideration that we have cameras . She spent 10 minutes at most taking care of my cats each day. She gave them no attention at all. She just fed them and cleaned the litter. I got the notification when she arrived, and when she left. She did not put the correct end time when she left. She tried to make it look like she stayed the 30 minutes. She watered the flowers briefly one day, but said on the report card that she watered them each time. She is very dishonest and I would strongly recommend not using her.

Rachel is great!! She has watched our pugs for extended days. So dependable and reliable. My dogs love her!
