I am primarily a stay at home mom of 3 kiddos that I homeschool. I do work a few hours a week at a local playground in town. We are very rarely gone from home for more than a couple hours at a time, even that isn't very common. We like to take field trips with our daycare dogs if the owners are comfortable: walk, playground, dog park, pet store, ECT.

I have 2 very friendly dogs who love to have doggy friends over to play in our big fenced in back yard. I have 3 kiddos who adore dogs and are very educated on treating them with respect and understand boundaries with dogs. The dogs are allowed free reign of the yard and the house. We do allow pet on the furniture. We do have kennels on hand if needed for alone time, feeding, sleep, or in the office chance I need to leave the house while watching your dog.

Information Rachel R. would like to know about your pet
Let me know how your dog does with cats. We do have 2 cats but they are use to being around dogs who have various opinions of their existence. Also if your dog has any health issues or if they have limited experience with children
A typical day
In the morning the dogs go outside, then after burning some energy they came in for breakfast. Then after some rest to settle their stomachs they get free reign to play out in the yard or in the house. On rainy or cold weather days we do dog puzzles. During the day the kids love to go out in the yard and play fetch or snuggle up on the couch with them for a doggy nap. At the end of the day the dogs have their dinner and out to potty one last time and to bed they go, until the next day of fun.

Fenced in yard, dogs, kids, fun!
Pet care experience
I've cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds, skill levels, and with many different conditions. I've owned and cared for many rescues who have experienced trauma and separation anxiety. I volunteer as the head steward of a local off leash dog park. I've had dogs my entire life, currently I have a partially deaf sheepadoodle and a goldendoodle who is timid at first but they both love to run and play with their dog friends.
Reviews

Rue and Alfie loved their time with Rachel. We could tell they got a ton of play time and love while we were away! Rachel was also very flexible and communicative, even when our flight got delayed due to weather over the holidays! Thank you Rachel!!!

Lilly was in good hands with lots of attention and they sent pics, which was so nice!

Rachel was amazing and patient with my high energy, high anxiety Clyde. She took a last minute request over a holiday after another sitter canceled. We are so happy to have found Rachel!!

Rollo was absolutely exhausted from his time with Rachel and all his doggo friends! :) Rachel was super organized and cared about getting to know Rollo before his stay.
