I live on a farm with a variety of animals! We have no indoor animals besides a cat who comes in some of the time. So if your dog(s) stays with us, he/she will be our only spoiled indoor animal! I have many years of adult experience in caring for animals. As a child until after my first child was born, I owned a cockatiel, and I had a very special relationship and bond with her. My household and I especially love dogs, but as we don’t own a dog, this is a unique way for us to get to have fun with dogs every now and then! I currently stay home with my children and I homeschool my 2 oldest kids. Your pet can fit right into our day and be with us the whole time! I also have time in the mornings and/or middle of the day to include your dog in a walk, and again in the evenings as a family. We spend a lot of time outside as weather permits. I have a large crate for your dog to go in and out of as they wish, but I only close the crate if we leave the house for a couple hours, or at night unless you request the dog not be crated. It’s my experience that some dogs like to have their own space occasionally. We have 20 acres for your dog to run/play outside. I have an enclosed outdoor dog run to contain them if we need to. I am so excited to become friends with your furry family member!

Rachel and her family took great care of our golden retriever Scout! We will definitely trust her to watch out for our girl in the future. She was prompt in responding, great about updating us with pictures and videos, and took genuine care of our girl. Highly recommend!

Rachel and her family cared so well for Chewie. They sent us pictures and videos of all the fun adventures they had together throughout the entire weekend. I could tell Chewie was loving every minute on their farm. Would highly recommend!
I will request Rachel to dog sit again! My dog loved his time with her. I received pictures and videos of all his fun while I was away. Rachel and her family were welcoming and kind. They were the best dog sitter we have ever had.
Rachel and her family were absolutely wonderful with my pup! We got regular updates during our extended vacation. He had a great time playing with her girls, and I feel truly blessed to have found such excellent care. 10/10, would recommend! we will definitely book with her again for our trip!

I am home all day almost everyday with short exceptions for quick errands. Your pet will be well cared for and spoiled with attention in our home.

I will play outside with your dog and let them run and discover new smells all over our land and creek. I will also walk your dog in the neighborhood behind my house.
