Hi! I'm an experienced dog lover and foster who would love to welcome your pup into my home. I have had dogs my entire life and have experience caring for and engaging with many different types of dogs, personalities, and energy levels. I currently foster dogs through Copper's Dream Rescue, which has given me even more hands-on experience helping dogs feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they are away from their families. I'm also dog CPR and First Aid certified, so your pup's safety and well-being are always my top priorities. When your dog stays with me, they'll be treated like one of my own—with plenty of attention, affection, playtime, and care. I understand that every dog is different, and I take the time to learn their individual routines, personalities, and needs. I know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your dog with someone else, and my goal is to give you peace of mind while making sure your pup has a fun, safe, and loving stay!

Having known this wonderful couple for years, I can confidently say they are the ultimate caretakers. I have personally seen them find superb homes for the fosters under their care, treating every animal with the utmost respect and love. Their daily routine is fully built around their dogs, packed with walks, beach trips, trail exploring, and playdates. Dogs are never an afterthought—they are family. I own four dogs, and this is the only couple I trust implicitly when I am out of town or looking for someone to give my pups some extra love.
Rachel and Patrick take such good care of dogs, they take them on adventures, hikes, the beach. They love to also just relax and love when dogs give them love. I highly recommend them

Schedule
I’m a teacher, so I’m typically home by 3 PM on weekdays, and my husband works from home during the week. This means your dog will have plenty of companionship and won’t be left alone for long periods of time. Our dogs get three walks a day, along with plenty of attention, playtime, and downtime. If your dog enjoys dog parks, we also have a nearby dog park that is suitable for dogs who enjoy socializing and getting some extra exercise in the evening. On weekends, we love taking our dogs on dog-friendly adventures, so boarding with us can include lots of fun activities and new experiences when appropriate for your dog. Most importantly, we’ll follow your dog’s normal routine and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while they’re staying with us

Before their stay, I like to learn about their personality, routine, feeding schedule, exercise needs, and anything that helps them feel comfortable and safe. Because I foster dogs through Copper’s Dream Rescue, I’m comfortable working with many different personalities, energy levels, and needs. I’m also dog CPR and First Aid certified, so safety is always a priority. During their stay, dogs receive plenty of attention, affection, exercise, playtime, and opportunities to relax. I’ll maintain their normal feeding and medication routines and follow any instructions you provide. My goal is for your dog to feel comfortable, loved, and at home while you’re away—and for you to have peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands
