Rachel pet sat for us for 9 days - we have 2 dogs (including a puppy), a cat and her 2 kittens, so a busy bunch, and this was the first time we had left the puppy & the kittens. I was nervous to be gone for so long, but having Rachel there quickly put me at ease. She didn’t seem fazed by our lively bunch and seemed genuinely happy to be hanging with them. They were well cared for, & we came home to a tidy home + happy crew!

When my family goes out of town, Rachel is always our first choice of caregiver for our dogs, cat, chickens, and fish, as well as my many houseplants and garden, which might not be pets but need to be cared for as well. Rachel has been our pet sitter many times over the last 4+ years, and always communicates very well. She gives us frequent updates and photos of our fur babies having fun and looking happy, and getting lots of snuggles while we're gone. She asks for, and then follows carefully, any specialized instructions for our pets' meals, routines, exercise and other outings, and overall safety - which is great, since I'm an anxious pet mama when I'm away and I feel reassured that she is taking great care of them. I trust her completely with our home. Rachel genuinely loves our family's pets, and they are always so excited to see her when she arrives. My 11 year old son loves his cat more than his family, and he says he likes when Rachel pet sits because he knows "she'll give Noodle chin scritches the right away and will also respect his autonomy."
