Hi there! Thank you for considering me to care for your beloved pet. I’ve been taking care of dogs, cats, and reptiles for over twelve years now (time flies!). From Chihuahuas to Great Danes, I’m comfortable with any and all breeds. I have experience taking care of new born puppies, kittens, and reptiles such as snakes, geckos and bearded dragons. I have one sweet cat at my own home and a Great Dane I grew up with. I was in a veterinary program throughout high school and have training in pet CPR, nail clipping, and oral medication. I enjoy taking pets out to a neighborhood park, for a walk, or even a run! I am also comfortable taking on more than one pet at a time (I once dog boarded 8 puppies!). You can vacation with a peaceful mind knowing that your pet is in great hands and being treated as if you never left! I’m very easy to contact and love to send you updates and pictures of your pet(s) and I having a great time :)

I treat your home as if it was my own. Accessing only the areas that you have instructed. I will clean food and water bowls and any messes that might be left behind from our furry friends.

I was nervous about trying this service. We have three Australian Shepherds. They are not exactly the easiest dogs to care for. Our dogs had been going to the same person for boarding for years until they retired. Rachel did a fantastic job caring for our pack! She took extra time to get to know them before we went out of town. She was reliable and sent updates regularly. Highly recommend Rachel! Hope we get to work with her again in the future!
Rachel did an extended drop in visit for us and everything went great. Rachel keeps us updated and has good communication before and after. We already booked her for another date.

Schedule
Currently, Monday - Thursday I am available late evenings and some mornings. Friday - Sunday I have open availability. Unfortunately, at this time I am not accepting repeating weekly requests. However, I would be more than happy to act as a fill in for a one time request. Typically, I am also available for most holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas.
