I’ll love your pets like my own
I love pet sitting because I love animals, and I know how nerve-wracking it can be to go on vacation when you have a pet. I am here to rid your stressors of traveling and help you, and your fur babies, feel at ease on your trip. I have the ability to adjust my work schedule if needed, so your pet will not be left alone for long stretches of time. Lots of experience, even with Rover clients (check out the testimonials!). I understand the empathy and love that is necessary in caring for all creatures, great and small, especially those that we grow to love like family members. I was a dog-mom to a 17-year old Havanese (RIP) that I hand fed since she lost most of her teeth to age. I am now a dog-mom to a funky and spunky (and stubborn!) French bulldog that has stolen a piece of my heart forever. I have dog and cat sat for a number of pets, all shapes, sizes, ages and needs. Loads of references available upon request! I have the patience, experience and love for animals that will show when your pup sees me. I am willing to do what is necessary to make them happy and healthy so that they (and you!) sleep easier while you're away :) most importantly, I want you to know that you can trust me in your home. I’m also a very proud kitty cat mom to my 2 rescues, my shy boy Sancho Panza and my quirky fun guy Tom Hanks. I can’t express how much I love cats :) I look forward to meeting you and your fur-family.

I have a fenced yard and a friendly dog to be friends with. I prefer to stay at clients houses with pups in order to keep their anxiety level at a minimum while you are away.

Rachel took incredible care of our dog in our home, and administered her required medicine and prescription diet with ease. Our pup loved her and we could tell Rachel was showing her the same level of love that we would if we were home. She’s extremely attentive, responsive, and super compassionate, allowing us to relax during our time away knowing our pup was in such great hands. She provided lots of updates and I 10/10 would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring dog sitter.
Rachel was fantastic! Easy to communicate with, accommodating when I had to make changes last minute. I could tell she loved my dogs and they were well taken care of. She sent a lot of updates which was great. I would definitely use her again.
Rachel was absolutely amazing housesitting for us and loving on our pets! We have two small dogs, two turtles and a guinea pig and she was phenomenal with them all. She even read to and played music for our guinea pig! I'm pretty sure our dogs will lock us out of the house until we sign a declaration that we will spoil them as much as Rachel did while we were gone:-) Rachel was incredibly communicative, keeping in constant contact with updates and pics. Not having to board our dogs while still needing to make arrangements for care of our other pets was a huge load off of vacation planning. We will definitely use Rachel again if she's available and would recommend her to our friends and family, though we might want to keep her to ourselves!

Rachel was the best person to care for our cat while we were away. She was very communicative, made sure to entertain my cat while she was there, and went above and beyond what was asked of her. I felt completely confident that my cat was in the best hands. I could not recommend her enough!

Schedule
My husband and I work in positions that allow flexibility. I can undoubtedly be there when I am needed by the pet and will not leave them alone for long stretches. I’ll treat your pet just like I treat my own!

- I would like to know if your dog or cat has any triggers that upset him or her, so that I can make sure that we have a great time together. I don't mind giving Rover a bath so that you come home to a happy, handsome smelling friend.
