Pet Care Experience: Ive had dogs my whole life and will be starting vet tech school in fall. Ive had experiece caring for various sizes, breeds, and ages for almost a year on Rover and over four years on occasion for friends and family members. I have experience not only in walking, feeding, and general care but in bathing, administering medication, and and basic training as well. I have also taken care of several senior dogs some of whom have needed help walking or supporting themselves when going to the bathroom. While I am most experienced in caring for dogs, I have also cared for over a half dozen cats via drop ins and house sittings. This means I am familiar with how to clean and empty litter boxes and I have no qualms about cleaning up any "presents" they may give me.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety and Trust: Since I am not currently employed outside of Rover I will be able to stay with your cat or dog more than 90% of the time during a sitting. Similarily when doing drop ins I almost always can accomodate whatever time the owner would like me to come. My vast experience with dogs and cats has taught me in general what to do and what not to do which allows me to focus on learning the idiosyncrities of your pet during the meet and greet. This experience has also taught me that meet and greets are extremely important so I'm sure to always find a time to complete one with pet owners. Therefore, you will always have the opportunity to meet me, observe how I interact with your pet(s), address any concerns you may have and discuss details in person. During both sittings and drop ins I'm always sure to provide plenty of updates, pictures, and information so you know that your furbaby or furbabies are being well taken care of.

Rachel was great! She stayed at our house to make sure our dogs were completely taken care of! She kept in touch, asked questions and sent lots of pictures. Would use her again and recommend her to others!
Rachel was amazing with Grover. She updated us throughout our trip which I absolutely appreciated!!! We will definitely be using Rachel in the future! 10/10 would recommend!!
I highly recommend Rachel and cannot say enough good things about her and her services! We moved to the area and needed an overnight sitter for our two rescues. I hadn’t left my dogs with anyone new before, so I was a little nervous, but Rachel was sure to put me at ease and my dogs were in great hands! My senior dog ended up being on antibiotics at the time she stayed with them and she took great care of making sure he got his meds. They loved hanging out and snuggling with her - and she even sent me some pictures as an added bonus. ? My dogs tend to get a little overly excited over new people at first, but she handled it so well. You can tell she really does love and care for animals as if they were her own. Again, highly recommend Rachel!

Schedule
Schedule: Im curently attending school in the spring in fall but my only job is self employed pet sitting through Rover. I have very few other commitments, especially during the summer and on weekends, so I will have plenty of time to play, cuddle, care for, and adore your furbaby or furbabies.
