Pet care experience

Walker, sitter, runner--dog lover!

Hello! If you are looking for someone to care for your pet as their own, you have arrived at the right person! Having grown up with dogs and cats, I am an animal lover through and through. I am experienced with taking care of pets overnight for extended stays, administering medications as needed (I have even performed cat dialysis!), and walking regularly. I send lots of pictures during my time with your pet and update you regularly, because that is what I would want if someone was caring for my pet! Recently married, my husband is allergic to dander, so unfortunately I cannot board in our home unless your sweet pet is hypoallergenic! He may join me on walks occasionally and is just as much of an animal lover as I am despite his allergies. I am currently taking prerequisites for nursing school at a local college and will not be available during those class times (Monday and Tuesday, 9am to 12pm; Wednesday 9am-3pm). Outside of my course schedule, I am totally free! Please let me know if you would like to schedule a time to meet so you can get to know me better and your pet and I can become acquainted!

We can’t keep pets in our apartment for the time being, but I love taking long walks with the dogs I watch and keep cats active throughout the day.

Rachel was terrific! She did a great job, including managing our youngest dog who had some anxiety issues since it was our first out of town trip since she's been with us. Great communication, photos every day house was in perfect order. Thanks!

Rachel has been awesome. She’s provided great updates, listened to all my particular requests as a first time dog mama and kindly offered to stay longer than the 30 minutes requested since she understands that puppies don’t like being alone. She made my first few days back at work much less stressful. I will definitely use her plenty more in the future! I highly recommend.

I am currently working part-time in 5-hour shifts. My schedule varies each week, but I typically do not work more than 3 days a week. Otherwise, my schedule is very open!

I do not have any breed preferences, but I would like to know a dog's energy level and if they have a routine or schedule to follow!
