After years of haphazard cat sitting services provided by friends and neighbors and the odd hand here and there, all pass/ fail and hit or miss, we found Rachel here on Rover - which itself is a lovely platform of structure from which to receive and monitor the services provided for your pets once you're off and out-of-pocket - and she has proven to be the absolute ideal definition of what one would want in their pet care services while they are away. Rachel provided timely, conscientious, and intuitive service backed by the check-in, check out process that Rover employs, sending pictures of each animal every day for proof of life lol and to simply see your pets on a regular basis while you're gone. Great communication, HIGHLY RECOMMEND her for these very same reasons and would and will definitely be looking to her for these necessities in the future. For once it was nice to return from being away and not immediately have to police up the house and set everything to rights again, Rachel kept everything in order so well that walking in the door felt like I'd never left, it was that solid how she handled things.
