Our dog, Barcy, is a middle-aged rescue with a calm and introverted personality. She enjoys her independence and does best with dogs that can respect her space. Large or very high-energy dogs may sometimes make her feel stressed or cause her to bark. We always prioritize safe, positive interactions and will adapt activities and supervision accordingly to make sure everyone feels comfortable.

We keep things fun but relaxed, based on each dog’s energy and comfort level. Activities can include walks at Onion Creek Dog Park, Zilker, nearby trails, and neighborhood walks, either on leash or off leash when appropriate and approved. At home and outside, we love playing fetch, doing light games like hide and seek, and using hidden treats to keep dogs mentally engaged.
