Hello! My name is Rachel and I grew up with a cat and 2 dogs in my family. I fostered dogs from the local shelter all throughout college and pet sit for a few neighbors each month. I love animals and would love to help care for yours! Being active and attentive is important to me in caring for your animal. I can walk, play, dog sit, feed and let your furry friends out for you at an affordable price. I have a flexible schedule as well. I have been helping out with my neighbor’s dog for almost a year now so I have a credible reference if needed. I have lots of energy and love for animals so feel free to reach out anytime if you need some care for your pet.

Safety, trust & environment
I take safety and trust seriously and always care for pets based on their normal routine and your specific instructions. In a client’s home, I make sure doors and gates are securely closed, leashes and harnesses are properly fitted, and pets are supervised during potty breaks and playtime. I keep feeding schedules consistent, refresh water, and keep the space clean (including litter boxes). I’m also mindful of things like heat, sidewalks, and outdoor safety on walks. I’ll send regular updates and photos, and if anything seems off—like changes in appetite, behavior, or energy—I’ll reach out right away.

Schedule
Since I work for myself, I have a flexible routine and can be available for regular drop-ins, walks, or extended care depending on what you need. I’m able to schedule visits consistently throughout the day and week, and I’m always focused on keeping pets on their usual routine. I’m based in Gulf Shores and I’m happy to travel to surrounding areas for pet care.
