Currently I stay home with my two kids (ages 6 and 8) and I have an open schedule to care for your animals. My kids love animals and take every opportunity to stop and talk to/pet animals big and small. I can come to your house to check on your dog or your small/medium sized dog can stay the night at my house. ***We prefer dogs on the smaller side (less than 30lbs).***

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors that I can account for. My preference is for dogs that are friendly with other animals and young children. I have a 9 month old mini Cavapoo puppy that has A LOT of energy. He likes to play and is submissive to Alpha dogs. He will likely jump and bark for the first few minutes of meeting a new friend but will eventually settle down. He gets a long with all dogs but please keep in mind his high energy level when booking with us.
A typical day
When caring for your dog, I will take them for walks and allow them time to explore the neighborhood. Depending on your preferences, I can take them to a dog park to play with other dogs or I can take them on solo adventures.

Though we live in Southern California, we have family all around the Central Coast, and we were so happy to find Rachel to help us with our sweet Luna while we attended a family event. Rachel's property is lovely and clean, with plenty of room for Luna to cruise around. It's also very securely fenced, so we felt so comfortable that Luna was in a nice and safe place. Thank you again to Rachel for your great help- for sure we will book again if needed during a future visit to the area! :-)
Rachel was fabulous! She kept me updated with Molly's activities and shared lots of pictures. It was obvious that Molly's was very happy and well-cared for there. She had Rachel's children to play with as well as her dog. I was a bit anxious because this was the first time we boarded Molly, but it turned out far better than expected. I will definitely use her services again! So happy!
Rachel and her family took great care of my Bridget girl. She sent updates and photos and I could see the happiness in Bridget’s face in the photos. I’ve already booked Rachel for our next trip.
