Rachel arrived on time as discussed. I believe the dog and kitty heavens sent her! We were thrilled with her. Rachel has a wonderful personality and is very accommodating to the pets. She stayed overnight in our home for three days. She sent wonderful pictures and videos. She has such a warm demeanor and asked important questions as she was greeting the dogs and cats before we left. With 4 senior dogs and 5 cats plus 2 community cats it can keep one busy. She administered a few medications by dropping the pills in the bowls. Easy to do but it’s knowing it gets done that always worries us. She cleaned litter boxes daily. She loved on the kittys that kept her company a lot. The dogs had plenty of love, especially a certain one that just loves attention. She replied ina timely manner to any texts we sent. This was the first sitter in a long time we have used that we were not concerned about anything being done as requested. There’s nothing I can say really to express how appreciative we was for her. We came home to a spotless floor, that’s saying a lot considering there are 5 kittys who track litter and shed their hairy everywhere. Rachel had us fresh linens on the bed and left us a wonderful welcome home note and a very nice snack in the frig. She was so respectful of our home. We will use her again and she will be the first one we reach out to. We have already requested her for another trip later in the year. Our pups and kittys will be so happy to see her again!

Rachel is excellent with our dogs and is just an all around great person! We got regular updates and our home was in prestine condition when we got back from our trip.
