I'm experienced in winning over cats, as they require a different set of skills, including patience, a calm demeanor, and occasionally a tasty wet treat.

I love to take a long walk to exercise dogs mentally and physically. Also love to curl up on the couch and give your dog some undivided cuddles while we watch a movie. For cats, I like to let them lead the way. If they want to play, simply be petted, or just be admired from a distance - I read their energy and follow along.

I've had cats almost every day of my entire life, and dogs for many years! I love to watch friends' and family's pets when they're away, and I've volunteered at a dog rescue and an animal shelter.

I cannot say enough good things about Rachel! Our dog got sick the first day we left and Rachel cleaned up and was able to get him the medication he needed. We were in Canada with very limited cell service and I trusted our 3 babes were in good hands!
Rachel was amazing. We were gone ten days and nights. I had zero concerns or guilt leaving my cats and dog with her. We booked a few months in advance. Rachel was willing to stop by a few weeks before to go over the needs of my pets. My house was exactly as I left it, trash was empty, no dirty dishes, and she took care of our pool by adding chemicals and opening the auto cover every day. Rachel is kind, soft spoken and loves loves animals. When she came for an interview she stopped listening to me to interact with our dog and cats. That’s when I knew she was the one. If you want to feel confident your pets are being cared for the same as you would care for them Rachel should be your choice. We have gone on vacation before and had family members care for our pets which made me worry and feel guilty the entire trip. With Rachel I had none of that five stars do not do her justice.
