Pet care experience
Hi there! I've been a lifelong pet lover and caregiver with a diverse range of experiences. Two years ago, I had the joy of adopting my beloved 10-year-old cat, who quickly became a cherished member of my family. Gaining the trust of my senior cat took time and patience, and we now share a special bond. In addition to my feline companion, I've had the pleasure of sharing my home with two wonderful Labrador Retrievers, a black lab, and a yellow lab. Over the years, I've dog-sat for many of our family friends, including rambunctious puppies, and provided a loving and safe environment for their furry family members. Currently, I work part-time at a pet daycare and boarding facility, where I've gained valuable experience in pet care, behavior, and safety. Whether it's playing with energetic puppies or nurturing the bond with my senior cat, I approach every pet with patience, love, and dedication. My passion for animals runs deep, and I can't wait to meet your beloved pets, ensuring they receive the same love and care that I provide to my own. A typical day
In my pet care routine, I focus on making sure dogs get the playtime they need, whether it's running around with toys or enjoying some cuddles. I believe in building trust with pets by letting them explore during walks and using comforting gestures for cats. Outside of work, I take my family dog to Whalen Lake in Naperville, where he loves swimming in a fresh spring pond. It's therapeutic for his older joints. My goal is to ensure pets are happy and comfortable, both during playtime and on special outings like these.
