Hi! My name is Rachel, and I'm an animal lover first and attorney second. I have worked with animals my whole life, from having my own pets (dog, cats, hedgehog), to running a neighborhood pet service business, to volunteering with animals in the US and in other countries. I have a border collie mix and she gets along with animals of all shapes and sizes. We're active, so your dog will get lots of play time, walks, cuddles, and mental enrichment. Let me know anything special I should know about your pet's needs/routine ~ I'm happy to do whatever will make them feel the most comfortable.

Rachel was great! She was communicative, easy to coordinate with, and took great care of Gemma! I could tell in the pictures and videos that Rachel sent my pup was super happy and that made my trip even more enjoyable. I would definitely book with Rachel again!
Rachel was absolutely amazing with our dog Nico. She was always communicating with us keeping up posted and nico had one of his best weekends!
Rachel was fabulous. Not only did she provide exceptional care for Cooper, she is professional and courteous and was prompt around communication. She kept our dog stimulated through new walks and smells around the city. She made him feel welcome and at-home which we felt through shared photos. I would 💯 recommend Rachel for pet care any day of the week.
Finding a new sitter can be such a hit or miss, but Rachel and her pup Taki were definitely a hit! I was nervous because Coco can be picky with new humans and dogs, but she settled in quickly! Rachel sent me plenty of photos and videos of the dogs playing together, so I didn’t have to worry once while I was overseas. Rachel was also accommodating and very responsive when coordinating pickup/dropoff times. She made sure Coco was well cared for while I was gone. I will definitely reach out to Rachel again when I need to go out of town! Coco especially recommends Rachel and Taki to anyone needing a new sitter 😊
I had a great experience boarding my dog with Rachel! She was communicative throughout the stay, asked thoughtful questions that showed she really cared about getting everything right, and sent me updates along the way. She even caught and alerted me to something in Travis’ treats that I hadn’t realized, which showed great attention to detail and genuine care. I picked up a very happy and healthy pup and would gladly book her again. Taki is also very cute, sweet, and gentle.
Rachel was great with my dog. My dog loves her, tail wagging the moment she shows up. She’s reliable and communicative, highly recommend.

Schedule
I take my dog to the dog park and on a long walk or run each day. I WFH M/F and am in office usually Tues-Thurs but can easily walk home for a lunch break walk.

I'm comfortable administering medications if needed- I have cared for many dogs that have different medical and behavioral needs. I love all ages and breeds.

A typical day
My dog and I are very active. We usually go to the dog park, on walks and runs, and on hikes over the weekend. My dog is also too smart, so I am basically certified at creating enrichment activities for dogs. :)
