Pet care experience
Pawsitively the best for your pet!
I started my pet care journey in high school where I frequently pet sat for many different families with large and small breeds. I have also had and cared for my own dog, Leo, who was a rescue pup. With Leo I made it a point to educate myself as much as possible on dog behavior and training, and I invested a lot of time and money working with the best trainers. While I am NOT a trainer myself, I am very comfortable following any training plans that you might have already. Most importantly, I love animals and I will always put your pets safety and comfort first when they are in my care. I would love the opportunity to care for your pet as I recently and unexpectedly just lost my own dog. Please reach out if you think this sounds like a good fit!

Qualifications
Safety, trust & environment
When I am in a client’s home I prioritize following any and all house rules that have been presented to me. I am very clean and organized. I want to always respect your space and belongings while providing the best possible care to your pets. I find it’s easiest when I’m given a schedule or routine that your pet is used to.

Rachel was great with our cat Fred! Fred can be unsure about new people and likes his personal space, and it was clear he was comfortable around her! We appreciated her detailed visits and many pictures.

We really appreciated Rachel's clear communications and pictures of Taika!
