Rachel was very attentive to Miles and Zitto and even fed my fish. She sent pictures of my fur babies everyday which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be booking with her again in the future

Booked Rachel for house sitting my dog while I was out of town for a week, she was very prompt and responsive, sent daily photos, and left everything very neat when she left!

Daisy loved Rachel. Rachel provided daily updates and photos to keep me updated on everything and see my baby girl.

Rachel is the best with my fur babies. I always feel great knowing they’re in safe hands and they love her. They’re always so happy to see her and get pouty when they know she’s about to leave. Would highly recommend her!

Rachel was wonderful with both the dogs!! She definitely went the extra mile giving them so much love, cuddles and grooming. She also sent updates and photos so often, I felt I was right there. Grateful for ze Rachel and we can’t wait for her to come over and dog sit in our home again.

I met with Rachael before my trip and showed her the food for my 7lb dog and my cats. I showed her the bedroom she would be sleeping in and told her that my dog slept with me. One of the messages she sent me while I was gone was that she was sleeping in my bed. When I returned home 2 neighbors told me that they heard Tess crying and never saw anyone at my home at night and only briefly saw her there once during the 5 days I was gone. After texting Rachael about this she said she thought staying the night was “optional” and had a hard time remembering how many nights she was here. I also saw that she had not feed my cats any wet food. She excused this by saying that the cats had not eaten what I left. My cats rarely eat all the wet food left but they get fresh food every day. Rachael was trying to mislead me into thinking she was actually staying the night and most of the day here. I was heartsick when my neighbors told me that they were not getting the care that I was expecting.
