Hi, I’m Rachel! My partner Ethan and I are dog lovers with experience caring for dogs of different ages, breeds, sizes, and personalities, from puppies to adults, and from low- to high-energy dogs. We would love to care for your dog while you’re away too. In addition to caring for my family's dog Scottie 🐾, Ethan and I have looked after friends' dogs for many years and have done professional dog sitting for dogs of varying breeds and ages in the last two years. We love taking dogs on long walks, stimulating their minds with time outdoors and practicing tricks, and getting to know each dogs’ individual personality. You can trust us to communicate often and clearly, send regular photos and updates, and tailor your dog's care to their needs and your instructions, so that you know they are in good hands while you are away. Fresh water will always be available, and we are experienced in following instructions regarding meals and dietary restrictions for your dog.

Rachel (and Ethan) took such good care of Saffy for us! She settled quickly and Rachel kept us updated with photos and messages to let us know how she was getting on. Saffy enjoyed her stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to leave her with Rachel again.
Alaska and Luna had a wonderful time. I received loads of pictures of lush walks and happy pups. Rachel and Ethan were fantastic with clear, quick communication and relaxed flexibility. I highly recommend them.

Schedule
My partner, Ethan, and I will always try to make time for our furry friends, especially on our days off and weekends. We love going for walks and exploring parks with the dogs we look after.

Safety, trust & environment
We live in a lovely flat located just off Bedford's River Ouse and 15 minutes by foot from Bedford Railway Station. We have a clean, spacious indoor living area for dogs to play and rest, and we are located near plenty of outdoor space along the river for walks and time outside. Our flat is on the 1st floor (accessible by lift/stairs) - we have experience carrying dogs up the stairs if needed.
A typical day
We live in a peaceful area in Bedford just off River Ouse. We are big believers in letting dogs sniff the fresh air and explore their surroundings while keeping them safe. We'll also play games and have cuddles, and of course provide meals and treats (following your guidance) so your dog ends the day feeling happy and loved.
