I am available for both house sitting, boarding (dogs only, must be good with cats, and up to date on all vaccinations and flea and tick prevention) and pet sitting, overnight, daily walks, or daily/multiple check-ins! I work with your requests and schedule. I am able to care for pets who need “extra love” administering medications or treatments. I am comfortable working with all animal types and ages including exotics. I strictly do in your home pet sitting or daily walks, I do not bring any animals in my own home for safety reasons. I am an elite fear free certified professional and I am comfortable sitting any temperament animals.

Please inform me of any medications including dosage/administration schedule and time, special needs, diet requirements, allergies, and temperament before sitting. I will provide a questionnaire including important information your baby may need and any special requests! Please provide an ICE plan including point of contact, second contact, preferred contact method, and requests/plan of action if you are not able to be reached in an emergency situation. I will provide an “about me” questionnaire please fill out for your pet(s)!
A typical day
I love to play both physical and mental games! I provide great walks, day at the beach, and homemade puzzle toys and enrichment treats! I love keeping them active and happy! If you have a favorite dog park I am available to take them for play time! If your pet has any dietary restrictions or allergies please let me know before traveling. I will check in consistently and always gain pre approval for any treats (homemade doggy popsicles, biscuits, etc) before feeding your pet.

Hello! My name is Rachel. I currently work as a veterinary technician assistant in Charleston and have 5 years experience in veterinary medicine. I am in the process of pursing a degree to become a veterinarian! I have background in caring for a wide array of species including exotics and wildlife! I am comfortable pet sitting any animals you may have! My current babies include my two cats, my black lab, and my turtle! I am comfortable administering any medications your pet may need (oral, IM, SQ, IV), care for senior and puppies/kittens, and I have an elite fear free professional certification. I am available for overnight stays, drop ins, and dog walking! I know how stressful it can be leaving your babies behind, I would love to relieve that stress knowing your babies are in good hands and will be given so much love and attention! Feel free to reach out with any questions/concerns… I would love to build a relationship and love on your babies as my own! 😊 For all boarding requests: Dogs ONLY! No cats. Must be friendly/good with cats, must be house-trained, and must be up to date on all vaccinations and preventions (flea and tick).
