Because Your Pet Deserves The Best
Hi! I’m Rachel, a nursing student with 9 years of pet care experience and a huge soft spot for animals. I’ve spent years caring for dogs and cats with all kinds of personalities—from high-energy pups who need lots of playtime to shy or anxious pets who need a calmer, more patient approach. I’m a pet owner myself, so I know how nerve-racking it can be to leave your animals with someone new. My goal is to make that as easy as possible for both you and your pet. I’m big on following routines, paying attention to the little details, and sending plenty of photo updates so you never have to wonder how they’re doing. I’m comfortable with: • Dogs and cats of all sizes and ages • Puppies and young, energetic pets • Shy, anxious, or slower-to-warm-up animals • Feeding and medication routines • Walks, playtime, enrichment, and lots of affection • Multiple-pet households • Keeping a close eye on changes in behavior, appetite, or energy My nursing background has made me especially attentive, dependable, and comfortable following detailed care instructions. I take pet safety seriously, but I also want your pet to have fun and feel genuinely loved while you’re away. Whether your pet wants long walks, endless fetch, couch cuddles, or someone to simply sit nearby until they feel comfortable, I’m happy to meet them where they are. I’ll care for them the way I’d want someone to care for my own. 🐾 I’d love to meet you and your pets and learn all of their little routines, quirks, and favorite things!

I do not offer pet care at my home, but I do have two cats who think they are dogs. One named Sylvester Stallone and Storm.
Ratings and reviews
Rachel was very responsive any time I needed to update something. She came twice a day to care for my cats while I was gone. Each visit she sent me a text and pictures, which is what I like. Litter boxes were clean and cats were calm when I returned. I will definitely use Rachel again.
Rachel is an exceptional pet caregiver. Our old gal is very peculiar about people and loves Rachel. We do not hesitate to leave our 3 babies in her care when we travel. She gives our our gal her medicine and takes the young ones one walks and even lets them sleep in the bed with her. I’m hesitant to give a glowing recommendation because we want to keep Rachel all to ourselves.
Rachel has a love for dogs — and they know it. Rachel is great with my dog, who is picky about who he likes and can be a handful. Rachel is a trustworthy, dependable, and caring person who you can depend on to take care of your fur baby!

Schedule
I’m currently in college full-time. I have recently left my full time job to make more time for schooling. My days mostly involve massive amounts of studying, but in between that I am needing to fill my time with taking care of furry friends.
- Cats0 to 15 lbs16 to 40 lbs41 to 100 lbsover 101 lbsRachel can host up to 5 drop-ins per day
- The most important information that I would need ahead of time would be: - if they are potty trained - if they react well around other dogs - if they take any medications and all the details for those - if they have any injuries that I should know about
