I am fully flexible to pop in through the week to fit with your schedule and your dogs walking needs. Weekends could be arranged with enough notice.

In my previous work I have worked in patients homes and within the community, so I greatly respect security within each customers home. I have had numerous DBS certificates for previous employments. I would also prefer an initial meeting prior to sessions for the dog to familiarise themselves and talk through care needs and any details regarding the home. Similarly with dog walking sessions, for the dog to be introduced to me, and we can talk through any needs or preferences.

Please let me know about any requirements for pop ins or dog walking, what care your dog requires, any training you want me to continue and any preferences your dog has regarding activities. It is also super helpful to know your dogs walking habits, such as close or long lead, and how good they walk on lead (although I love free spirits too!)
A typical day
This can be tailored to your dogs specific needs, if they need a period of time playing in the garden, or continuing with training, or if they just prefer cuddles in front of the tele, whatever your dog needs I am happy to work with you to find their ideal pop in! For dog walking, I have often taken my dog to the beach or the pastures in Alnwick, but also sometimes take her to Cragside, which I can do for your dog too, depending on their favourite places to walk. I also have a 10m lead if your dog likes some freedom but isnt so good at recall. I could also take your dog for walks alongside mine if you feel they need some more socialization.

I have been caring for my staffie cross puppy for over a year, but I also have experience caring for reactive dogs for friends and family. I have experience in administering oral medication, as well as topical creams. I am comfortable with all dogs, including puppies, as well as reactive and unsociable dogs. I am also happy to work with muzzled dogs and XL bullies. I am more than willing to bring a bit of extra TLC for those dogs who need a little extra support and patience :)
