I cannot say enough good things about Rachel. I felt at ease and comfortable leaving my animals in her care. She struck a balance between providing enough updates but also letting things be as I was on vacation. She was very communicative and asked important questions ahead of time. She was very considerate in making sure our home was taken care of nothing was out of place, cleaned after herself, I wouldn't have been able to tell she was there. She always let me know how the day went and if there were any concerns she would flag them. Sent pictures of our pets throughout her day. We are excited to have met her and are very much looking forward to working with her moving forward.
Rachel was fantastic! She looked after our Beagle mix Teddy who had recently run away and was a little traumatized. She was thoughtful in the questions she asked about how to care for him and sent regular updates. She left our house cleaner than how we left it! We will definitely book with her again!
Rachel took such good care of fur babies! She sent daily photos and gave multiple updates. She truly went above and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of our pets.
Rachel was great! Very responsive and communicative about the walk. She also played with goose inside for the reminder of the walk to make sure he wasn’t in the heat too long
Rachel is the quintessential pet lover! She has a knack for getting even the grumpiest cat to warm up to her and always ends up making a friend at the dog park.
