Hello, I'm Rachel! A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME: Hi everyone! I’m Rachel. I have one amazing Husky Lab mix named Maya. I pet-sit and dog walk through Rover because I enjoy it SO MUCH! It's so much fun to be able to meet other dogs (and other animals and people!) through Rover. I have over 20 years of experience living with and loving all sorts of pets and hope to keep pet sitting and dog walking for years to come. I work full time from home and I have a somewhat flexible schedule so I can try to meet your pet’s needs. You will also receive photos from me of your pet(s) by text and through Rover so you can see how they are doing! I am very comfortable watching any breed, size, or age of pet, and have over 12 years of experience house + pet sitting for all sorts of animals for short and extended periods of time. Rachel took excellent care of my cat. They took to each other right away and Michelle got lots of play time. My cat requires more care than most and Rachel intuitively understood my cat and her needs. That made it so much easier for me. I have entirely positive feedback for Rachel and would gladly hire her again.
Rachel did an amazing job with our two pups! This was our first time using Rover and she made us feel immediately comfortable leaving our dogs with her for a few days. She was super flexible working around our flight delays and kept us updated with plenty of pictures throughout the day so we could see what they were up to. Happy to have found our new sitter on our first try!
I can’t say enough good things about Rachel! She is warm and friendly and clearly loves animals. She was quick to reply to my last minute request for care and let me come over to meet her family and check out the house. She’s got a great backyard and her pets immediately took to my dog. I also appreciate that my dog got to take walks with her dog. Rachel sent photos and updates every day and was flexible about a pickup time when I arrived back in town. She even gave me a toy from her own collection that my dog had liked! We will definitely use her services again.
Rachel has been sitting with our dogs for over a year now with both short and long visits. She feeds them according to my schedule. They love her and Chewy loves it when she comes over to spoil him.

Rachel took care of our pets again while we were out of the country for a couple weeks and she did a great job! She also took good care of our house while we were away.
