Rachel took great care of my fur baby and provided updates. This was my first time boarding my dog. She's my emotional support dog so I've only left her with family. All of my family moved to a different state. I was having surgery so, I had no choice but to board Menty. Rachel let Menty and I meet her ahead of time which made me more comfortable and because I was having surgery she was sweet enough to bring Menty home, even though that was not our original deal. I would definitely recommend her and I will use her services in the future. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

I do not know where to begin! Rachel was hired last min so that I could go to work and was my 1st time using Rover, let alone hired a stranger to care for a family member and this experience was traumatizing. The way Rover handled it was equally as traumatizing. To add insult to injury this experience cost me my job, emptied my pockets, forever changed Kendalls emotional and physical well being along with her security toys, damaged her harness, and may even cost us the roof over our heads and piece of mind. Rachel agreed to watch Kendall from 8am to 9pm and offered to pick her up and drop her off which was an amazing perk since I was already late for work. She was informed Kendall just ate breakfast and was given her prepared portioned out Purina Pro Plan kibble and can of pro wet food as well as her snacks, food and water dish, blankie and favorite toys. She was informed Kendall has severe separation anxiety, had never been crated, can be an escape artist per the Husky in her, and also must be taken out after eating until she uses the potty. Rachel chose to take her to her home, place her in a crate with no blanket or tray directly on a cold floor and leave for a few hours! I could of done that music without putting myself and Kendall thru heck! I arrive at work which is an hour away and begin working and went to check on my phone and immediately was in shock, fear and panicked mode. I called Rover and was on the phone with them (mostly on hold for 2 hours) to receive no help or concern. Apparently Rachel returned from her errands a few hours later after shoving Kendall in a wire crate with no tray or even her blanket. Kendall allegedly had broken out, urinated on her floor, then defecated as well. She sent me these pictures as well as one of Kendall cornered and scared in the corner at the door with her harness clearly broken like she was grabbed up Rachel the proceeds to take my dog back to my hotel and throws her out at the front desk!!! Omg who does this! She then uploads the nasty photos to Rover and drives off into the sunset! Meanwhile, I have to leave work on top of being on the phone with Rover and individuals on top of that to secure transportation and secure new and safe pet care so I was let go, understandably by my employer. I am in DV. SURVIVOR so live in a hotel and rely on my income to keep us safe and most likely will be homeless now.

Would never use her again. She left my poor little dog in a soiled pull up for 4 whole days. My dog smells like a bunch of pee and have to take a bath immediately. This is extremely sad and wrong. Please do not send your dog here because she is not really taking care of the dogs only taking pictures as if they are being taken care of.
