As a biologist's daughter, I grew up in a home that was centered around a genuine love, care and respect for animals of all kinds. From a young age, I helped take care of all sorts of animals and have always thoroughly enjoyed it. I have experience with elderly pets and pets with medical and/or special needs. I have experience with large dogs on a leash as well as well as high energy pets. I currently have a small dog and cat and I would love to be able to care for more animals in my community! I take pride in my space and always leave a space clean and cozy if I enter a clients home.

I live in a quiet, safe neighborhood with my fiance, our dog, Bean and our cat, Pepper. We have gates to put up if needed, a spacious and clean home and we live in a very walkable area. We have an alarm system set up for our home as well. At a clients home, I will work with you to ensure you that I am taking excellent care of your pets and your space!!

We had our first weekend house sit for our dog Molly this past weekend and had a great experience thanks to Rachel! She went above and beyond out expectations. She is extremely kind, compassionate and very responsive. We would send us daily updates and pictures to make us feel at ease. She got along great with Molly and we will definitely be using her again! Highly recommend!!
Needed a last minute sitter for a weekend away and Rachel exceeded all expectations! She sent frequent updates and photos of my girl and took such great care of her! She is so sweet and professional, I would book her again and again to take care of my pup!

Rachel was wonderful! She took great care of our pups and went above and beyond to make sure they felt loved. She also took the time to clean up around the house when the dogs made things messy, and had fantastic communication throughout our trip. Would recommend and will definitely book again!

We had the pleasure of having Rachel take care of our baby Daisy while away on a vacation. Daisy is an older dog who has food sensitivities and requires extra attention and care. Normally, we always take Daisy with us, but this time we weren’t able to. Our minds were put at ease though because Rachel did an amazing job pet sitting. She was kind and compassionate, and listened to all our instructions on caring for Daisy. Rachel has a true heart for animals, we are so thankful to have found her. She is trustworthy, dependable and caring. Now, we can travel without the stress and worry associated with bringing along an older dog. We highly recommend Rachel for any pet sitting needs!

Schedule
I currently work full-time but have flexibility in my work schedule. I have availability in the mornings, an hour mid day, and get out of work in the early afternoon. I also align with a school schedule that offers lots of breaks. I have lots of flexibility in the evenings and weekends as well!
