Loving care in a family home
We are a family of dog lovers who look forward to caring for your pup in our home. We will treat your dog as part of our family. Both my husband and I have had dogs since childhood and have always pet sit for friends and family. We said goodbye to our own dog who filled our family with so much joy for 13 years back in February, and we decided to join rover to expand our pet sitting. We are very comfortable with dogs at all stages of life and will give your pup the very best care, taking them for walks, giving them lots of cuddles, and taking care of all their daily needs.

Rachel, Henrik, and their kids were absolutely amazing with Charley! They treated her like their own, shared all her experiences with us, and made us feel so comfortable with the whole experience. Charley can’t wait to go back and spend time with them again!
Rachel and Henrik (and their two wonderful kids!) watched our two Goldendoodles for the weekend, and we couldn’t have had a better experience. From the start, it was clear this was a perfect fit—we did a meet-and-greet beforehand, and instantly felt comfortable. Their home is beautiful, clean, and has a great backyard where our dogs had plenty of space to run and play. More importantly, our dogs were treated like part of the family—they got tons of attention, snuggles, and care all weekend. We also really appreciated the frequent updates and photos, which gave us total peace of mind. When we dropped them off, our dogs were so excited they ran right in without hesitation—that says everything. You can truly tell how much Rachel and Henrik love dogs and care for them as their own. One of the nicest families we’ve met, and we felt completely at ease knowing our dogs were so well cared for. We will absolutely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional dog care.
Rachel and Henrik are a responsible and professional couple with two preteen children. All four of them love dogs and until recently had loved and cared for their own dog that had recently passed. Their home is clean and comfortable, child and pet friendly with a large yard. I recently observed them caring for another family’s dog who seemed to immediately bond with them and the kids, following them around, sitting next to them and cuddling. The dog sat next to Rachel’s feet while she worked from home! They walked the dog multiple times a day and played with him outside and in the house. They are a good choice to care for your pet and they only take one dog at a time so can give them plenty of individual attention.
Rachel and Henrik are perfect pet parents and will care for your pet as if it were their own. They are loving, responsible, and because of their flexible work schedules they are able to spend quality time with your dog. They are also good at communication and are highly responsive. They have a large yard where your dog will love to play and they and their kids will keep your pet cozy and entertained.
Rachel and Henrik are the best. Rachel is meticulous and Henrik is a true dog lover. Your pet will be very loved and cared for. Pet lovers know it’s a rare thing to leave your pet and not have to worry about them at all- Rachel and Henrik provide that. I just hope one day they’ll offer to care for middle aged women so I can stay with them as well :)
I had a wonderful experience with Rachel and her family. They took such loving care of our bulldog and truly treated him like their own. Theodore came home happy and relaxed. We’ll definitely book again and highly recommend Rachel!

Schedule
I work from home and am flexible to spend lots of time with your pup during the day. In the evenings, your dog will get lots of love and cuddles from our two kids, ages 10 and 12. We can take up to two dogs from the same family, but only accept one family at a time so your pup (s) will get all our attention. You can rest assured that your dog will get the very best care and feel a part of our family while staying with us!

We have a yard where your dog can go out and we are also able to give several daily walks. Your pet is welcome to have access to our whole home and lounge around where they like.
A typical day
We love to take walks and will take your pup with us. Our kids will gladly play with your dog in the yard. Your dog will get lots of cuddles and belly rubs throughout their stay.
