I do appreciate that she took care of the basics—taking my dog out, feeding him, and sleeping with him. However, when I book and pay for a house-sitting service, my expectation is that the sitter will spend a significant amount of time in the home so my dog isn’t left alone for extended periods. Communication was also disappointing. I rarely received updates about how he was doing unless I reached out and asked. When I did ask for updates, the responses were very brief and didn’t give me much reassurance about how he was doing or what they had been up to. Overall, while the basic care was provided, I don’t feel that the experience matched what I expected from a house-sitting service. I would have preferred more time spent with my dog and much better communication throughout the stay. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be rebooking.

Rachel did such an awesome job with our dogs! Even though I didn't have cell phone service, she would still send me pictures of the pups for when I finally got service. We will definitely use her services again!

My family and I travel a few times a year for about a week at a time, and Rachel has been so great to have! She has watched our dog and cat at our home while we are gone, and they absolutely love her! We don't worry when we are away, as we know they are in good hands and we always return to happy animals.

Rachel came for our meet and greet and the dogs were very receptive to her. We have a Golden Retriever and a Terripoo and both dogs looked well taken of upon our return. The house was in good order when we returned from our vacation. She is a delightful young woman.

Rachel did a wonderful job! She is very sweet and did great with our two rather picky small dogs. She stayed at our home for the week. We came home to our house in good shape and she even stripped the bed linens. The dogs looked well cared for. She sent several messages and pics to us while we were gone which helped ease our minds. I would definitely hire Rachel again.
