I also have firsthand experience providing senior pet care through caring for my 18-year-old cat. That experience has taught me how important gentle care, attention to behavior changes, medication routines, and creating a calm, comfortable environment can be for older pets. I focus on creating a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for pets whether I am caring for them in my home or in a client’s home. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications, and any specific care instructions. In a client’s home, I make sure pets feel secure in their familiar environment while also keeping owners updated with messages and photos. In my home, I provide a clean, pet-friendly space with plenty of attention, supervision, and opportunities for exercise and enrichment. I understand that every pet has different needs and personalities, so I prioritize patience, consistency, and compassionate care to help them feel comfortable and loved while their owners are away.

Schedule
Pet care fits very naturally into my routine because I have flexible multiple days a week. I’m able to accommodate walks, feeding schedules, playtime, medication needs, and check-ins without feeling rushed. I also have availability on weekends, which helps me support pets and owners who need extra flexibility for travel or busy schedules. Caring for animals is something I genuinely enjoy making part of my daily life.
