I treat each pet as is they were my own. I make sure all of their needs are met and give them lots of attention and love. I will not be boarding any pets in my own home but I am more than willing to stay with them overnight in their own home. I find that cats and dogs do better in their own environment where they are most comfortable.

I would like to know their routine so that I can stick to that while their owner is away. I don’t want to mess up the flow of their daily life just because their owner isn’t present. I would also like to know of any specific things they like and dislike so that I can keep them happy on a consistent basis.
A typical day
For dogs, I will take them for lots of stimulating walks. I would also take them to parks if the owner approves of course. For cats, I will play with them, reward them with treats, and give them the attention they ask for.
