I’ve been enjoying pet sitting often for the past many years, through various platforms and by word of mouth. I also work at a local animal rescue and pet shop, so I get to spend time with a lot of different pet personalities and help them to feel as comfy and happy as possible while living in the shop before they’re adopted. I grew up with beloved cat, dog and rat pets who taught me most of what I know about animals. I’m a plant person as well, so can help tend to yours while you’re away. …I love all animals, but I have an extra special affinity with cats. From kitten to elder cat, super shy to cuddle maniac, I enjoy getting to know them all and catering my care to the particular needs and interests of each.

It’s an honor and a pleasure to get to spend quality time with pets in their own homes where they are comfy, and out n about on adventures! I love getting to know the quirks and character of each cutie, and providing care accordingly.

Gerome's natural ability to commune with animals was present during both drop off and pick up of my cat. I returned to find my selective/discerning sweet pea snuggled up with her pet sitter in a relaxed and trusting pose. She did not want to come back with me! I will choose Gerome in the future to care for my love. Gerome was highly communicative during my time away from my cat. She sent me many photo updates, which allowed me to feel at ease during our separation.
Gerome was incredibly communicative and courteous and took excellent care of our dog and house. Will absolutely rebook!

Gerome (and her partner Alse) did a wonderful job taking care of my two kitties. Kind, communicative, and thoughtful care was given. Got plenty of photo updates and general updates. I’ve had many cat sitters and she went above and beyond in making sure both of my pals were loved. Highly recommend.
