Rachel was wonderful checking in on our cat throughout a long weekend when we were traveling! He loved her visits, and she took great care of him making sure he was comfortable by checking his food, litter, toys. We got thorough visit reposts and cute photos for each visit. We’re hopeful Rachel is available next time we need pet check ins, such a great experience!
Rachel did a good job caring for our cats and kept us updated while we were away. She was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with, and everything was in good order when we returned. Overall, a positive experience and we would happily rely on her help again.
