Dogs bring me joy
I have been a dog owner for 15 years and I've fostered rescue dogs for about 6. I love all of their personalities and often prefer the company of dogs over people. I have a wide range of experience include working with dogs needing medication and other special needs. I believe a tired dog is a good dog so keeping them physically and mentally active is important and I prioritize this. I'm a proud dog mom of three and love the crazy!

Safety, trust & environment
I want your dog to feel comfortable with me so when I meet a new dog, I'm relaxed and positive. I want to let them get to approach me first. I will offer some small treats and lots of pets to start building trust. The safety of your dog is top priority so I will never remove collars and always keep them on leash outside of the house. I pay attention to their disposition to evaluate their comfort level and needs.
Ratings and reviews
Rachel was so wonderful in every way! She took the best care of our home and our fur baby, Huck while we were away for our wedding. She was super communicative and sent lots of wonderful photos. It was clear how much Huck loved her!! We can’t wait to work with Rachel again soon.

Rachel took great care of our pup and home. She updated us daily with all of the activities and was a great communicator. We would highly recommend her. As a note, our dog is 100+ pounds and quite independent and Rachel really was comfortable and confident handling her.
Rachel was wonderful and our 2 sweet dogs adored her. Being that we have a special needs dog, she jumped right in and took the best care of him keeping him safe and healthy. We are grateful to have found Rachel and highly recommend her ~ looking forward to having her sit for us again soon!

Schedule
I'm working mostly from home these days so I have a flexible schedule. I can start at 9 AM and end the day at 9 PM. Let's connect and see what you and your pup need.
