I understand that inviting someone into your home to care for your pets is a big responsibility, and I take that trust seriously. During each visit, I'll follow your pet's normal routine and your instructions as closely as possible. I'll make sure doors, gates, and other exits are secure, keep pets supervised, and pay close attention to their behavior and surroundings. I'll treat your home with the same respect I would want someone to show my own. I'll only access the areas necessary to care for your pets, keep things clean and tidy, and make sure everything is secure before I leave. Most importantly, I'll take the time to help your pet feel comfortable with me. Some animals are excited to meet new people, while others need a little more patience and space. I'll respect their individual personalities and never force an interaction. I'll also keep you updated during visits with messages and photos, and if I notice anything unusual about your pet or encounter a situation I'm unsure about, I'll contact you rather than guessing or making decisions outside of my role.
