Rachel is so friendly, she did a call with me before meeting Koa to make sure we both felt comfortable, once Koa went on her walk with Rachel I could see that she was treating Koa like her own dog, that’s huge for me and huge for Koa to feel safe. Will definitely book with Rachel again!

We couldn’t be happier with the care our three cats received while we were away! Rachel went above and beyond to make sure each of them felt loved, comfortable, and well cared for. We got daily updates and adorable photos that gave us complete peace of mind. The house was spotless when we returned, and the cats were calm, happy, and clearly well-loved. Rachel has gone above and beyond to provide feedback while Leo is in her care. Five stars aren't enough for Rachel! I would trust them with my cat (and houseplants, and apartment keys) without a second thought. They are thoughtful, reliable, and genuinely love animals—you can tell from the way they pay attention to each pet’s quirks and needs. My cat is usually shy, but warmed up to them almost instantly, which never happens. Rachel gives the kind of care that makes both you and your pet feel completely at ease.
